Jonathan M. Smith, Esq.
Jonathan’s practice focuses on Business Law and Commercial and Real Estate Litigation. Jonathan assists business in all aspects of operations including:

Jonathan also assists clients in litigation matters including: collections, boundary disputes, quiet title actions, claim of lien contest and other property matters.
Jonathan obtained a J.D. with Honors from the University of Florida in 2001 and his LLM in Taxation from the University of Florida in 2002. He obtained his B.A. in History with Honors from New College of Florida in 1998.
Jonathan is admitted to the Florida Bar as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar Real Property Section and Tax Section. Also, Jonathan is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association.
