Katherine has been practicing law since 2001. She concentrates her practice in the areas of:
- Estate Planning(including the preparation of Wills, Trusts, Durable Powers of Attorney, Health Care Surrogate Designations, Living Wills and Designations of Pre-Need Guardian),
- Probate
- Guardianship (representation of both guardians and wards)

Katherine has a B.A. from Emory University (1998), a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Stetson University College of Law (2001), and an M.B.A. from Stetson University School of Business Administration (2001). Katherine is a member of the American Bar Association, Jacksonville Bar Association Jacksonville, Jacksonville Womens Lawyers (Board member) and the Small Business Resource Network. Katherine is also a member of the Florida Bar Real Property Section.
