Katherine is a Jacksonville, Florida native and a dedicated attorney with deep roots in her community. She currently serves as Chair of the Woman’s Club of Jacksonville Heritage Committee, a charitable organization focused on women’s issues, and is a member of the Jacksonville Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution (D.A.R.). She is also the Past President of the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association.
Katherine attended Riverside Presbyterian Day School and graduated from The Bolles School. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Emory University in 1998, followed by both a Juris Doctor and an M.B.A. from Stetson University in 2001.
Since beginning her legal career in 2001, Katherine has built a respected practice in the Riverside area of Jacksonville, where she owns and operates her own law firm. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and guardianship, where she has experience representing both guardians and wards.
A frequent speaker in the community, Katherine regularly presents on estate planning, probate, and guardianship topics. She is also committed to public service, dedicating time to pro bono work for clients in need.
Katherine has been recognized for her professional excellence by being named to Florida Super Lawyers, an honor awarded to attorneys who demonstrate a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. She previously was named a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star.
She has also earned the Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rating, the highest possible peer rating for legal ability and ethical standards, reflecting the confidential opinions of members of the Bar and Judiciary. In addition, she has been recognized as a Martindale-Hubbell Client Champion Gold, a distinction awarded to attorneys who receive exceptional client reviews demonstrating strong client satisfaction and service.

She is happily married to Cameron Naugle, owner of Naugle Funeral Home, and they have two children, Abigail and Logan, who are the light of her life.
